The storage facility is nice, and pricing WAS good when I arrived and I was able to pay 5 months in advance. I asked on the last month if I could pay in advance again to secure the same price and was told no, and the price went up $15 dollars a month for a small 5x5. That is almost a 40% increase. I moved to another location, because I asked if they would price match and again was told no. So I left.

Staff is great, sizes of units are good but the rising cost of the units just keeps rising no matter if you are a long time customer.

I’ve been using Cube Smart in Escondido for a year now, any time I had a problem with my payments I always called them to let them know and they were more than understanding and adaptable. When they are closed on Sundays which was the only time I had been able to go to my storage unit, I always called ahead of time if I had any questions.

The facilities are clean and well kept. The service is amazing.
