Reserving a unit online was easy. A customer service rep contacted me shortly after my reservation was made, to see if I questions and to ensure I had all information needed for move in. Facility was exceptionally clean, and my move in was made easier by flat carts available at the door to transport items.

If a potential customer can handle the frequent price increases, then this is a great company with a great product - the storage compartments are clean, the property is well-lit, the on-site management are knowledgeable and helpful.

The facility is clean and easy to use. My only issue is the price increases. We started in June t $180 and ended in February at $230. That’s a huge increase in the amount of time! Based on conversations with friends, I now understand it is the pricing model all storage facilities use. I, personally, am not that committed to my junk.

The service at this particular CubeSmart location is the very best. The facility manager, Roy, provides top-level service and is always so helpful. This was my third unit rented from this location, and every time the experience could not have been better.
