Love that they have a little storage perfect for our need and is indoor….only downside it’s not exactly what I wanted but will work. The process to get my paper work right was a nightmare unfortunately.

Heather was just great. Great customer service Anytime. I didn’t have a chance to speak to her immediately she promptly returned my message within a half hour . That type of customer service is hardly ever experienced anymore in reality .Very helpful in helping me and especially my daughter getting the right storage unit for the car.

Never had any problems and Heather was exceptionally helpful with all my questions and reoccurring phone calls about information on wanting to getting a smaller unit

The customer service was outstanding. The women at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly getting me set up in the unit. When I cleaned it out, I called and left a message and she took care of everything inspected my unit before I called back. Outstanding! My items were dry and rodent free when I retrieved them.

Clean facility, friendly staff, responsive.

I like the unit and the convenience of paying online, etc. but the cost rose so much in the last few years it became impractical for me to use it any longer.

Very polite employee, very clean, location and access.
