Heather is amazing. She goes beyond to help make sure everything is perfect. She deserves a raise. It must not be easy working in a place like that but Heather does it all and does great

more reasonable price than others and easy sign up.

Too expensive, its ridiculous the amount of times prices increased. And for what?? What went up on your end cubesmart? Taking advantage of people in this crappy economy.

Love that they have a little storage perfect for our need and is indoor….only downside it’s not exactly what I wanted but will work. The process to get my paper work right was a nightmare unfortunately.

Heather was just great. Great customer service Anytime. I didn’t have a chance to speak to her immediately she promptly returned my message within a half hour . That type of customer service is hardly ever experienced anymore in reality .Very helpful in helping me and especially my daughter getting the right storage unit for the car.
