The customer service was outstanding. The women at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly getting me set up in the unit. When I cleaned it out, I called and left a message and she took care of everything inspected my unit before I called back. Outstanding! My items were dry and rodent free when I retrieved them.

I like the unit and the convenience of paying online, etc. but the cost rose so much in the last few years it became impractical for me to use it any longer.

Our cube was broken into and we weren’t offered any compensation. We cleaned out our cube in the middle of the month because we don’t feel like our belongings are safe there and we weren’t even offered a pro-rated month.

I moved from a larger cube to a smaller cube. I’ve been a customer for years, and I have been taken advantage of with your automatic rate hikes. Not only that, but the cube I rented is near a cement plant and the amount of dust inside my cube was horrendous.
