There are a few reasons why I rate CubeSmart with a 10. The online reservation and rental application was effortless to use and helped us in a pinch. I reserved/rented in the morning and we were moving items in within a few hours! Another reason for the high rating is the convenience of locations. We used the Exeter, RI location. The facility was clean, easy to navigate and close to us. Lastly, the manager of this location, Heather. She was amazing! Heather guided us regarding hours, access, and more. Additionally, when it was time for us to downsize the unit, she found one next to it and made the transfer easy. We will not hesitate to use CubeSmart in the future, if needed.
