There were a lot of things that weren't working in the facility. The outdoor lights, the indoor lights. When you went down the hall, you'd have to go all the way down the hall before some of them turned on, the gate was broken part of the time, it was freezing cold in there, there's no way it was 50°. It was definitely much colder than that. Also at my other cubesmart unit, they gave me a 25% rent increase after only 6 months!

Location and staff are great. But Cubesmart is a ripoff. We rented a unit a little over a year ago for $370 something. In the time we had it the price climbed to $507, over 25%. We probably would have kept it longer but we found an equivalent unit for $350.
