Bambi at Exton facility was very helpful

Rates went extremely too high I had this storage unit for about 8 to 10 years Rate increase became too much and I had two units with you. But what really got to me was when you were offering the same unit for half the price and when I inquired about it I was told I could move to another unit and they would give me the better price. How ridiculous of a statement was that. That is why I decided to do away with the more expensive unit.

Decent option, the manager at the exton location was amazing. I give a 3 because I’d never recommend something so expensive

In what is largely a commodity business, outstanding customer service is paramount. One of your representatives in the Exton, PA office constantly wears a face mask. That is very off-putting to most customers. It is simply not customer focused. This behavior is understandable if she also cares for another person at risk. However, she drove up to the facility in her car - alone - with her mask on. That is not the mark of a rational thinking individual and it gives off a creepy vibe. She should be in a back-office job not a customer--facing role.

Facility was clean, safe, and well maintained. Never had a problem when storing my stuff.
