The three different staff members with whom I have engaged at CubeSmart have consistently offered prompt and attentive customer service. The storage facility is well maintained and the design of the overhead roof in the area that trucks/cars enter to access the storage units is especially well-appreciated.

Proximity and cost

The facility is very clean and well lighted. My only issue was that we cancelled our unit 1 day after the month started, and we didn't get a prorated amount back. I understand that no prorated refund was probably in the contract, I still think it is unfair for people that are in transition. If we had received a prorated refund for the remainder of the month, my score would have been 10 and I would be raving about your facilities to all of my friends, relatives and neighbors.

I was a walk in and Thomas took care of me as soon as he finished with another customer. Thomas was professional and substantive and had no problem getting me set up and moved in within an hour of closing.
