Everything worked as promised and expected. No surprises is a good thing for storage.

It seems unfair how the price continuously increases, but we could move into another unit for less money.

We originally chose Cube Smart because you had the best rate for the storage space we needed. We moved everything in, and after just three months you increased the cost by 30%!! A huge increase. When we contacted you to resolve the issue, you offered NO solutions or alternatives. Horrible customer service. We found another company that has locked us in at a rate that saves us about $50 per month. We will need this storage for several years, so you have lost THOUSANDS of dollars by losing us as customers, and we will be sure to tell friends in our area to avoid using your company.

I chose this location for a convenience to store our larger items while my husband and I were in between houses. For many reasons, our experience was not pleasant. We rented a unit for a year and at the end of our time, we found mold on a lot of our furniture for a unit that was supposed to be "climate controlled" and a leaking exposed pipe in our unit that caused damage to many valuable items. During the time in which we were moving out of our unit, there was tons of ice in the roadways on the property due to a recent snow storm. However, by the time we went to move out, the business neglected to properly remove the large amount of ice and snow from the walkways to the point where it was very difficult to move heavy furniture such as dressers, mattresses, etc. out of our unit due to fear that we may slip and fall. When we spoke to the manager of the property about this, he put a small amount of salt on the ground and said "I'm not sure what else to do about that". It appears the employees we spoke to were helpful only to do the bare minimum and don't care about the liabilities these issues their facility were causing would impact their customers.I will not be using this facility in the future or recommending this facility to any friends or family members.
