It would have been a 10 except that during our year there was a flood from the roof into the building. We were called twice to clear and dry our unit, but I did not recognize the number and did not answer. NO MESSAGE was left and we had to destroy several of our paintings and other items by the time we discovered it when making a visit to remove some things. I don't understand why a message was not left on our phone and only 2 calls were made. Also the elevator near our unit was out of order for several months.

Great customer service at the Fairfax Station (VA) location. Very easy to sign up. Also, I found the facility to be a great shape and the unit was in fantastic condition.
