My storage has been broke into 2 times in less then a month. Then the door was damaged in the 3 rd time. I was given a new storage and asked to pay for the administration fees. Which I should’ve have to pay. I didn’t choose to be broken into and have to move everything

My storage was broken into an all of my belongings were stolen. The communication at the location is horrible. No one ever answers the phone. Security is pretty much nonexistent. I found out that my unit was broken into on my own.
