You are scammers. You increase the rent regularly for no reason other than greed. I moved to a storage unit with another company and they haven't increased the rental charge in 4 years (according to rental customers). You are greedy thieves and I let everyone know not to do business with you.

Advertising a price and then raising it 2 months later is shady and scummy. You don’t have to do it. You choose to do it as part of your business model. You never told us, it was buried in the fine print. Charging for insurance and making it sound difficult to use our homeowners policy for coverage was also BS.
