The rate increases are terrible, doesn’t mater the unit size and/or the years of being a customer. That shows you don’t value longterm customers or the upfront year contract discount offered at sign up. Too wishy washy.

The storage unit was fine, but the prices raised extremely each year. When I first moved in my rental fee was less than $200. Two years later it was raised to $345. That is just unacceptable.
