It was supposed to be climate control.My night stands, and dresser got so hot the most of the drawers stuck. You could see a big mark on back of headboard where the varnish melted and ran, that left a bad spot.

Your pricing is not reasonable and the rate at which you change the price middle of a term is just downright ridiculous. My monthly cost was raised twice with no notice or letter. If I stop paying or was not following a rule I could see an increase but just out of the blue a raise of $30 is stupid. You’re not providing anymore value than the day I signed. It’s still the same size. Your employees are great though so keep that up but your business in general is not. I’m not renting an apartment I’m renting a box.
