You are scammers. You increase the rent regularly for no reason other than greed. I moved to a storage unit with another company and they haven't increased the rental charge in 4 years (according to rental customers). You are greedy thieves and I let everyone know not to do business with you.

Advertising a price and then raising it 2 months later is shady and scummy. You don’t have to do it. You choose to do it as part of your business model. You never told us, it was buried in the fine print. Charging for insurance and making it sound difficult to use our homeowners policy for coverage was also BS.

Rent consistently increases making storage unaffordable. Bathrooms have Ben closed since September 2025. That’s 4 months.

It was supposed to be climate control.My night stands, and dresser got so hot the most of the drawers stuck. You could see a big mark on back of headboard where the varnish melted and ran, that left a bad spot.
