The storage units and the entire property are very clean. I like the locking mechanisms for the storage units. Shane, who is the manager of the Fairview, NC location, is very professional and accommodating. The price of the climate controlled unit that I rented was fair.

Everything is great, except it’s very hard for me to open the door to the storage unit. Other than that, we’re very pleased. Very clean. There’s a bathroom! Staff person was very nice and accommodating and knowledgeable
