I spent my last dollars I had left after paying my storage rent on a U-Haul truck to empty out the same unit I JUST paid for so my unit didn’t get locked … I get my U-Haul and head over and my unit is locked on me after I had just paid earlier in the day !! I was supposed to drop the U-Haul off after I was done but had to keep it another day because there was nobody in the office during these hrs. I didn’t cause too much of a stink being that I’m not confrontational , I got an apology but I just feel like that was so messed up and I get accidents happen but you guys could’ve atleast reimbursed me for the money you guys literally made me borrow extra money just to cover the U-Haul extension because of a silly mistake all someone had to do was double check.

I loved the storage just not the price

Office attendant was very nice and helpful. But the unit was dirty and I needed to sweep it before moving anything in. Access to doors were not shoveled out. Made it difficult and dangerous to navigate through the snow

Price keeps going up....

The office staff are on top of emails and phone calls. They get back at a reasonable time fame. Also they explain what to expect on your bill.

Price hike to $50 more per month
