Great service and friendly people.

The staff person was WONDERFUL, and you are fortunate to have him. But last winter, he was bundled up because the heat wasn't working for a prolonged period. In fact, sometimes it was unbearable. It also made me wonder just how "climate controlled" the facility actually was.In addition, while CubeSmart offered enticing prices for new customers, the rates went up a great deal in a pretty short period of time. People need to be able to anticipate price hikes, and yours were too much, too frequently. I cannot recommend this company.

It would have been a 10, however, I was charged another month after I had moved my belongings out and canceled my unit. They did make things right.

I think the price is reasonable and clean storage and the customer service named Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable!!

I got my storage unit and a day later their was a fire and I never got to use my unit at all.

Everything and the young man Aaron was so helpful, and new his business, all our questions were answered with patience and kindness, which is a trade that is being forgotten in our world these days, so great job Aaron.
