Clean and prompt service. Great help with clean up after fire

From the moment we walked in, the service was great Aaron, was a helpful young man, we went there 2or 3 times because we had more questions and he was just amazing.

Best customer service ever, no problems

Because you guys have yet to do anything for my unit, which was of the fire incident and had several thousand dollars worth of my stuff you ruined from sprinkler damage. In addition I was told that the vice president of something would be calling me back and I’ve still not received any contact from anybody which just shows to me that you guys do not care about your customers at all.

Very professional service

Its very early, but I was very happy with the place. It looked fairly clean overall, the units had more on the unit roofs than I assumed they would, and the place has carts to use. Even with my units on the second floor it was a breeze to unload from the docks and send it up the elevator to my units. The manager(?) was also very courteous even before I showed up. Initial prices are good.

Aaron is a really good person he always tries to help me out when I need things

Staff are really helpful and catered to my fiance and I. Did everything online however had some questions and went to the office. They opened their doors and welcomed us in.
