Was not informed of the company change and my furniture was destroyed by rats dropping. They also ripped my furniture. They’ve settled by waiving all fees for the last month. But now I have to buy new furniture.

I went there on Tuesday night not knowing it was closed. There was a manager there that saw me at the door. She opened it and I explained my situation and she took my information and got me a storage unit. I believe it was 9/30/2026. I think her name was Beth? But she was so nice and really helped me out.

Lots of Homless people living this this facility in fall river ma. Didn't feel safe. I told manager about it and basically stated nothing he could do about it.
