This was supposed to be a temperature control building yet it was always cold when you have belongings that need to be in warm environments like technology you expect what is advertised. also this location has no control there are people living in the units and the amount of smoking that happens when the office is closed Is crazy. the mound of trash that gets let on this property all by the doors that stay there for days. A building with 4 floors and over 100 units and you only have 4 flat beds a single family was using all 4 when you complain you get told by the front desk they can restrict them from doing it. over all experience was poor this location needs an overhaul

I like the staff but they need more sercurity because people that don’t have codes try to enter as some people leave the building that place is not fully safe

From the beginning, the store was a mess. When I originally contacted this location for storage.It was under a different name until cube smart bought it out. After speaking with representatives in the office, there was the disrespect present. The woman in the office hung up on me after tons of miscommunication ( some of it being they were bought out) when I went there during business hours, there was no present. So I paid my bill and I was still locked out of my unit. I had to leave work early again to have someone get it off. During the holidays i wanted to retrieve my stuff and they told me that I could do a buyout. They were closed on a random Tuesday and then the following Wednesday which I told them I would come to close out my unit. The following day I showed up and was charged a FULL month. Even after the conversations and being it was the 2nd of the month.. not prorated. Just crazy. Other times I went there they had no carts which made it very hard to move stuff. Lastly, my stuff smelt like "basment" the lingering smell is still in my apartment after almost a week. I do not recommend

Online price means nothing to returning customers i currently have 1 unit and wanted a second on but was told the Online price was for new customers and canceled my 2nd unit didn't get a full refund only refund I got was for the lock scammed out of the rest the person I spoke with didn't care what the Online price was and that it didn't state it was only for new customers he said I should have called why would I call if everything can be done Online. I ended up going to a different storage company because their price was cheaper for the unit

I apply for a second unit online and get told the online price was for new customers not for returning and was told the only way to find out is by calling i got my second unit at a different company now and if I wanted another one the price was the same across the board.
