It was pretty clean but a few times I couldn't get a dolly.

There aren’t any carts with wheels to transport things to the storage units which make it extremely difficult to get your items in there from your car. I had to purchase a wagon on top of getting a unit just to transport my things which added an extra expense. It’s not expensive to just purchase a few carts with wheels so people don’t have to be inconvenienced and takes 10x longer to actually bring the things into storage.
