Not good service

I wanted a larger cube, and I reserved one. However, when I went to the facility, I learned that the larger storage unit was up a couple of floors. As a senior citizen, I prefer the first floor, so I opted for a smaller unit. I suspected I would need another, but I was told that if I opted for the smaller one and needed another, I would not receive the discount. I ended up getting another first-floor unit, and I was told by staff that they would look into some sort of discount. I never heard anything. Otherwise, the facility is clean and secure.

Was not informed of the company change and my furniture was destroyed by rats dropping. They also ripped my furniture. They’ve settled by waiving all fees for the last month. But now I have to buy new furniture.

I went there on Tuesday night not knowing it was closed. There was a manager there that saw me at the door. She opened it and I explained my situation and she took my information and got me a storage unit. I believe it was 9/30/2026. I think her name was Beth? But she was so nice and really helped me out.
