Easy rental with great prices. I was able to move in quickly without any issues. The unit was clean and it had just the right amount of space for me.

Would always increase rent without ever acknowledging having paid on time for years. Never missed a bill or payment, but started at $75 and ended at $161 a month and increased every year.

Constantly increasing rent rates in a calendar year.

Rental Rate rose twice within 8 month period. Went from $326 with insurance to $430. Too high in my opinion even for a 10x30
