upset that initial charges are advertised at very low and affordable prices only to be jacked up in price every month. Paying almost $400 in monthly charges after signing up for a space at $170 per month is ridiculous and takes advantage of people's situation

Very friendly the accommodate on what you need. I need it a smaller storage that is was less expensive. Thanks to employee there she gave a better stigma that it was available. Thank you so much for your help.

Too way expensive $250 a month for 10x30 Thats my rent money right there. Also raises price after receiving a special discount or what ever it calls that's crazy. NOT EVERY PERSON IN THIS WORLD HAS MONEY!

I was 4 days late on my payment, they locked my space, charged me a stupid big fee for being 4 days late, and then my monthly payment went up as well another $25.Called and complained but nothing was resolved
