Renting the unit I needed was extremely easy and Annette was very friendly and helpful. I like the competitive rates and the first month free. Units are easily accessible and clean.

The manager annette at 514 ammunition rd fallbrook completely went back on her word and basicly stole $400 from me. I was in the units (2) for 3 days and I was asked to leave because of my dogs being on property while I was there. She told me I would get a full refund however that did nit happen. She said there were some type of fake discrepancies on BITH UNITS abd I would be refunded nothing. This is exactly what happened and it is not over. She decided to for whatever reason to hold any refund and she's in the wrong.. it's one of those situation that will be followed up with any legal action possible to remedy this . And it will be. Thanks alot annette. $400 dollars. Both units ? Really? Ok
