Onsite manager/owner was always available.Facility well lit and clean.

Ridiculous price increases. Long term customers, 12 years for us, shouldn’t be gouged like we were.

It was clean, well kept, close to my house, and staff were friendly. However, the price kept going up every year.

The manager, Annette, is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. All employees at Fallbrook location are extremely personable and feel like real friends. As storages go, and i have had many in my lifetime, this is by far the best place. Thank you, Annette and crew for your kindness.
