Employee told me I'm not qualified for deal because there is someone else with my name (and he couldn't tell that I had already reserve and paid for a unit two days prior to me coming) so I walked out then they call and tell me about the unit and how someone has items in it? And that they need to charge me for cleaning. They didn't and closed the account and were understanding talking about it. That said this whole situation could have been avoided if they were attentive. I went to Extra Storage and am much happier with customer service there

Clean space, good service

We have been storing our mom’s things here, and it’s very convenient to her apartment, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. When we had an issue recently, Malik took care of us (with the help of Thomas, Christian, Jerry, Jo and Tina!) and solved our problems! Thank you so much! Considering we are doing this long-distance, your help means the world to us!

I am not sure how secure the unit is. The mesh top is open to anything people through over. There was an alcohol bottle on it.

Convenience, price, easy access

It was easy to rent online. The property desk person, Maleik, was very helpful and personable. I am a little disappointed that the rear loading area is really cluttered with boxes stacked to the ceiling and lots of amazon boxes empty and fukl. Two of the four bay doors dont work. The outside lift doesnt wirn, there’s trash strewn all over outside the rear loading area. Also the floors inside need to be cleaned. Compared to public storage and extra space, this cubesmart needs quite a bit of housekeeping on site.

Physically disabled and the main door (not that loading door on the right with the semitrailer height entrances) and the 24-hour access was broken over 3 years ago. HUGE truck parked for like 60 days right next to afore mentioned garage door loading area making pulling in and out VERY dangerous for humans and vehicles. Oh, did I mention the motorcycle repair shop where they rev the engines which produces exhaust smoke indoors?! (Facing 147 down from to the left, opposite side. 2nd or 3rd form the end) Oh, and let's not forget "Mike Jones". Every "Mike Jones" I've spoken with either face to face or on the phone has a different accent. And the steady price increases with property management changing every hour, I've had enough of CubeSmart..

The door has been broken for years, light bulbs blown out or just not functioning, so it was dark, trucks parked out front so only one car could load and unload and I felt unsafe
