The door has been broken for years, light bulbs blown out or just not functioning, so it was dark, trucks parked out front so only one car could load and unload and I felt unsafe

There was no one in the office during working hours. There was a sign on the door. Be back in 15 minutes, but they never came back. Someone changed the time on the door, but no one addressed us in the storage. Seems they had better things to do.

Service was very friendly and I always had my questions addressed promptly. There were never any problems impacting my storage contents during a 5-year period. I have one constructive point of improvement: There were incidents of birds in the facility, specifically droppings on items and a nest made in an item. My items were covered and the nest was in an item of low value so these did not have a major impact, but if they were higher value then this would be a problem. Installing a grate or other barrier to prevent bird entrance into the facility would be beneficial.

The location is great. Even though it is a high traffic area, it is pretty easy to get in and out. The loading dock area is a little messy and I wasn't sure if the activity in that area would attract pests.

Facility has no locked gate and is unsecured, utterly wide open during the day. There are no carts. Floors are dirty. Onsite person is nowhere to be found. Really terrible facility.

The location was constantly filled with trash and debris near the front and back access. It appears that a number of businesses (UPS, FedEx, plumbing supply companies, etc.) use that location as a temporary holding spot for deliveries and leave packages strewn everywhere. The front roller gate entrance has been broken for YEARS (the codes don't work and gate will not open for customers) and is only accessible when the front office is staffed and when staffed that entrance left wide open in all weather (snow, torrential rain, 100+ degree heat). I've stopped by numerous times during days and times when that location is supposed to be staffed, but the office is locked and the roller gate closed, forcing customers to use the regular door in the back which is up a flight of stairs at the loading dock, making it impossible to wheel flatbed carts or dollies to and from my vehicle. And while that back gate has recently been repaired, it was broken for at least five years (not closing properly and not responding to the access code. Also the sodium vapor lights in the ceiling were turned off years ago, with only low-wattage LED bulbs on strings over the pathways between the units, which means the units are VEYR dark inside, requiring patrons to bring flashlights or other portable lighting to see inside their units. Finally, the inside of that location is always sooty, hazy, and smokey and smells like an electrical fire. Complaints and concerns to the front desk are always responded with a shrug.
