We rented a 10x40 unit to store our household goods for 3 months and were told they were dry. They aren’t dry and when I complained I was met with nothing but resistance from your company.We had mold on all furniture legs on the left side of the unit and mildew odors in boxes stored on top. We moved and have had to spend numerous hours mitigating the mold and mildew.I was told that I would hear back from some “area manager” on Monday and have heard nothing about compensation for our issues and loss.I will never use cubesmart again and will do everything I can to alert others.This company rates a big 0.

Amazing service, so easy to work with, & very helpful.

In two years that I had my unit the price doubled. It started at $70 and they raised it to 114 then finally $137. The gentleman who worked there the whole time was a pleasure and a great person. I don’t blame him. I blame the owners.

David is a great manager and responds to me quickly when I have issues with receipts and latching the units. CubeSmart is very well maintained, and I would recommend them to anyone even though I think the units got too pricey.

I paid for a full month. I moved out after 3 weeks and was refused a credit for the week I paid for. I had that until for years and paid several thousand dollars on time and was refused a credit for less than 45 dollars. I will tell everyone about this.

Refused to give a prorated refund for 1week left in the month after charging my credit card for the whole month. I had that unit for Years and paid on time every month. Paid several thousand dollars in that time and was refused a refund of less than 40 dollars!!

David, the Manager, is excellent.
