The manager, David, goes above and beyond! I researched all the storage units in my area and the google reviews all mentioned David and how exceptional his customer service is. I went up to meet him and he was amazing! Keep this guy employeed at all cost!!!

Your constant rate increases were not justified. Nothing changed, no repairs. So why the rate increase. Promised no rate increase after we were forced to move to a different unit because your maintenance man bashed his truck into our unit. You still raised our rent.I give a 10 to David at Cube Smart in Fayetteville. Reliable, honest, caring for your needs. Always willing to use lend a helping hand.
