I paid for a full month. I moved out after 3 weeks and was refused a credit for the week I paid for. I had that until for years and paid several thousand dollars on time and was refused a credit for less than 45 dollars. I will tell everyone about this.

Refused to give a prorated refund for 1week left in the month after charging my credit card for the whole month. I had that unit for Years and paid on time every month. Paid several thousand dollars in that time and was refused a refund of less than 40 dollars!!

Your constant rate increases were not justified. Nothing changed, no repairs. So why the rate increase. Promised no rate increase after we were forced to move to a different unit because your maintenance man bashed his truck into our unit.
