I literally just rented the units (advertised as 20x20 when it is actually 2 ea 10x20). The rental process was all good but there is no way to say that I would recommend at this point. Perhaps later when we experience more with the rental. NOTE: I would currently recommend fewer advertising type emails and text...

Convenient, safe, friendly service. Anita, the Office Manager, was great. Took care of minor issues quickly. Easy rental process. Great location in Elkins AR. Clean and secure. Access from early morning to late night.

The customer service was fantastic, and getting our storage unit was super easy. The lady who helped us was extremely polite and helpful. The facility was clean and well-maintained. We will definitely use this storage unit again.
