Clean, secure, helpful staff and reasonably priced.

This was such an easy process from start to finish. Anita at the the Elkins store was a pleasure to work with. The ease of 24 hour access combined with the security of the locked storage area for my RV brought great peace of mind.

I literally just rented the units (advertised as 20x20 when it is actually 2 ea 10x20). The rental process was all good but there is no way to say that I would recommend at this point. Perhaps later when we experience more with the rental. NOTE: I would currently recommend fewer advertising type emails and text...

Management was poor, price increases, poor customer service and charging error.

So far everyone seems nice friendly and knowledgeable and the units seem pretty secure
