Lies when it comes to monthly fees. Started at $60 bucks then $157 by the 3rd month almost $200

I like the fact that cubesmart has a person available on site unlike other storage facilities that don’t.

First I want to be very clear that my Cubesmart service rep was excellent! She did more than required and provided us with wonderful customer service. The score given is primarily based off you military discount provided. First off, I have never seen a more extensive line of questioning in my 25 years of dealing with veteran or active duty related discounts. I live in Nevada and previously received a major tax exemption ($900 annually) during vehicle registration. The Nevada DMV doesnt require half the info your system does when filling out the digital forms for your %5 discount. And the fact that you make it this difficult for a discount so small, you might as well not have a discount. It’s disrepectful of your company. And then to top that all off, after I went through the process which took over 30 minutes with your associate at the counter, it was all for nothing because you only provide your discount to active duty members. Yet another slap in the face to my 20 years of dedication to this country.. I will not be recommending your company to other friends or family and will be utilizing another service after removal of my items from your units.

Convenient location

Price is to high, it's not insulated. And for 5x10 I could get the same unit off the freeway for the same price. And he wanted to up my price about $30. . Service is great from your management.

Since we just moved in, I don't want to give a 10. I liked the cube, it was clean and the manager David was great, easy to work with and even followed up as requested. We will see if the future is rated better or not.

The price is too high. There are so many other options for storage that is much lower than cubesmart. Plus the price is raised over and over instead of holding price for at least a year period. The only reason we stayed as long as we did is because the local manager David is so amazing. With the price increase since the transition to cubesmart was just too much.
