The reservation process was straightforward and clear without anything feeling left out or hidden in the contract. All correspondence I have received since reserving has also been clear and helpful, as well as follow up calls from the staff at the CubeSmart I chose to sign up with.

When I signed up for this building I was very clear with my intentions of doing photography, I was advised by the worker there was no problem with that, he even showed me plug ins to use for lighting. I did this for around a year give or take. A different worker approached me with a different response. I understand if that’s policy however that is not the conversation that initially took place.Also the rent goes up every couple months.

Easy with getting everything started from registration to day of move in

The entire process was seamless! I love that I could literally do everything online. Booked my unit, paid, downloaded the app, and we were good to go. I signed the contract online, arrived at the building, accessed from the app(my favorite part) and found the welcome kit in the unit.
