The service at CubeSmart is exceptional! Always friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the price. Storage is expensive, and there were regular rate increases.

Due to some staff or employee at my storage facility reporting that my unit had been moved out of , my access was denied today. this was a big inconvenience to me as well as a friend that met me there to pickup something from my unitBrad, the manager had to enter all my information back into the system as if I was a new customer. I DID NOT MOVE OUT OF MY UNIT DUE TO THIS MISTAKE MADE BY REPORTING THE WRONG UNIT NUMBER A LOT OF TIME WAS CONSUMED TO FIX THIS ERRORA BIG TIME THANK YOU TO BRAD FOR FIXING THIS ERROR!!!!

Clean facility/storage unit. Mixed customer service from the people working the office at the storage unit (some great, some somewhat rude/not courteous) but only had a few interactions with them. The reason for leaving stems from rate increases on my unit when there are places charging half the price for indoor units of the same size I had. But otherwise a great overall experience.
