Excellent customer service but what I was unaware of is that the move in special does not last for a 6 or 1 year period. What I found out is that it can possible only last 2 months and then back to full price once you are moved in and can’t just pick up and move out.

Storage fee is to high for this facility that is not very nice. Rent has gone up two times.

My unit flooded any time it rained. I lost paperwork and a tv. Everything I own smells like mildew. I got zero help or reimbursement.
