The staff was great. The door nearest my unit was not functioning and it caused me to have to move my items 5x further than I should have had too. Biggest is the 22% increase in price that hastened my cleaning out the unit to avoid an additional $50 extra a month…

Clean facility with easy access and reasonable prices.

The Cube Smart location I used is relatively new, inside the space was very clean, I felt safe and it was convenient for.my moving needs.

Staff were polite and helpful. Space was clean. Plenty of detectors, sprinklers and cameras.

The prices kept going up, and there were always issues with the storage. For example, there was a water leak, and my boxes were damaged due to the humidity—the tape even came off. If you’re going to charge those prices, you should provide better quality. Also, the front door hasn’t been working for the past three months.

Horrible service. Overcharging.

Mainly the rates, keeping it affordable and a flat rate instead of the random increases
