I was going to rent a 2nd unit - I wanted to see it - The entire place smelled like mold and mildew from the air conditioner that was getting circulated around the entire place - I was so upset because my shit is going to smell and contaminate all my other stuff. When I arrived about 5 days later to empty my existing unit there was a smell of disinfectant in the air. Not sure how my stuff is going to fair. It is now in a pod. The other pet peeve is not 2 months after renting my 5 x 5 - you raised my rates $20/month from $79 to $99 ---- ridiculous. I wont be including your business in future searches. The staff was only pleasant and helpful

Because you guys change prices without notifying your customers and you guys have the worst customer service ever.

The staff was great. The door nearest my unit was not functioning and it caused me to have to move my items 5x further than I should have had too. Biggest is the 22% increase in price that hastened my cleaning out the unit to avoid an additional $50 extra a month…
