Facility are clean and easy to access only issue i had was a bit expensive

Your facility is secure, and very nice, but your prices are way too high.

The unit was clean and what i needed at the time. But I think the price was a bit high and I'd gotten a notice that it was going up about 50%.

If not for the closest doors to my unit not working it would have been higher. That cost me 5X the steps to get to my unit. And the prices are a little higher than I am used to , but that is the price in today’s world. A veterans discount would have helped as well.

Amazing customer service in office

Convenient for my short term needs. However, you need more of the long rolling carts at each door. 2-3 more would be good.

The company has been very easy to work with and my things have always been safe.
