the unit was clean and maintained good temperature. the front desk personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. the app made it easier to navigate payment and upkeep.

There’s only one cart in the facility, I had to wait 20 min for a group of renters to be done using it. When I asked the employee whom was not doing anything he told me where I could find it instead of going to get one or telling me it’s only one
