Tha reason is the Hours you can't get to the units after premised is closed. Everything else in my opinion is fine.

the limited hours of availability to access your unit made me give you a 6. most people don't leave work until 5-6pm to try to get there by 6 so you can actually access and leave by 6:30 is not much time, and the weekends you have even less time to access. you're smack in the middle of queens and you don't take into account the amount of people that actually don't have cars. otherwise, Jessica is a doll and the staff are very helpful.
