Your rate increase policies are absurd. I was in a 10'x10' unit for $330/mo., then the rate was increased to over $400, which was too much. I moved into an 8'x10' space and had to haggle for 10 minutes before I was able to get $272/mo. Less than 6 months later you increased the rate to $367/mo. On what planet is a 35% increase reasonable? It hadn't even been a year. It hadn't even been 6 months! Absolutely ridiculous. You could've gotten $272/mo. from me for a long time, but your greedy policies made me go elsewhere. Take a moment to think about WHY anyone would use a storage facility in New York City. People can't afford homes big enough to accommodate all of their stuff; what makes you think they can afford 35% rent increases for the extra space they're paying for? You're a despicable company and I'll tell anyone willing to listen to avoid using your services. What a joke.
