Ok the water back up from the bad room next to the storage unit and all my stuff got damage and the insurance refuse to pay for the damage because this kind of situation the insurance do not cover and I contact to cube smart I send the picture all my stuff wet and the manager in charge told me is just. Water and never answer me back again i call many times and no one answer my call but I’m a contact consumers Adair’s because this is not right and I’m a speak to my lawyer see what he can do I have all the evidence and the report day from my storage facility and not only that my storage unit went up avrey few months ago but I’m waiting see my lawyer can do Im very desapointed

Two price hikes of over 25 to 30% in about a year on top of everything feelings damp in supposedly climate controlled environment - none of that is acceptable. The only positive part was the staff -Who were always friendly and helpful. But I would jot down business with cubesmart again.

They increase the prices rapidly and pretty high. My new rental fee increase by $100. Too expensive. Found another storage facility and saved over 50%.
