After 7 months of storage the cube was infested with rats and chewed the blankets covering our furniture. The cube was filled with rats pooh and pee. Your entire place should be exterminated. My movers were so scared to carry boxes as rats might come out of it. They had to wash thoroughly.Increase on storage was only good for a month after that tremendous increase was added to my bill.

prices increased, services decreased.The hours were shortened, one door was always inaccessible leading to a lot of traffic through the only open door. facility wasn’t being maintained in the same way anymore. climate wasn’t being controlled. bathrooms constantly filthy, no soap/paper.
