I gave that score because the staff over at Cube Smart in Glendale has always been friendly & helpful to me. If I had a question about a downside or upgrade on a unit, they were always helpful to me as if a friend was the one who was helping me out. I was grateful for that.

After 7 months of storage the cube was infested with rats and chewed the blankets covering our furniture. The cube was filled with rats pooh and pee. Your entire place should be exterminated. My movers were so scared to carry boxes as rats might come out of it. They had to wash thoroughly.Increase on storage was only good for a month after that tremendous increase was added to my bill.
