I ask at the counter desk ,How many weeks early I need to notify you that I will not need the storage anymore or moving out my stuff. The guy told me who was at information desk that whenever move out your stuff, just let us know, then we will check your storage and then we will readjusted the payment. When I empty out my storage yesterday one week later of my monthly bill, this time there was female Diana at the front desk,I notified her about the storage. She said there's no readjustment we can do in the bill. I paid $374. They gave wrong information, I could have stayed 3 more weeks. For one week, I paid $374 ,it's not fair.

Ease of use, friendly staff, easy payment

I was in a cubesmart prior and the conditions for the unit were very bad and my rent kept increasing so i finally left .Called and complained, unfortunately that was the only storage unit close to my home , so i stayed with vubesmart.

Extremely poor customer service from “management”

Personnel and was never there on time in the morning.Rates got hiked up with little to no explanation.

Not 24h/7d access to your unit..Heavy harassment when you are late for your payment even for one day...Way too expensive..
