I feel a 38% rate increase after only the first month is taking advantage of your customer! I was told there would be an increase of 10-20% after three months. I still have another unit there and that one at 3 months has also gone up by 38% and thats too large!

Because when I rented the unit I wasn’t notified that it closes At 7:00 pm so the mover had to rap my fortune out side they kicked me out
