No trouble was made when renting a cube smart and the employees where helpful

My mover saw a rat in my unit. I could see black rats’ shit all over my stuffs. My kinds’ childhood toys were all contaminated by rats’ shit.

One side of the elevator is always broken and seems like management doesnt care to fix it. And also prices keep going up after every 3 months

The associate that signed me up on the first floor unit was very honest about the unit. However, I do not like how maintenance goes around checking up on clients especially myself. Sensor on main door always closes too fast and there should be a way to keep it open for longer.
