Rate increases were atrocious

The associate that signed me up on the first floor unit was very honest about the unit. However, I do not like how maintenance goes around checking up on clients especially myself. Sensor on main door always closes too fast and there should be a way to keep it open for longer.

일하는 지원들에 태도가 나쁘다 물건을 옮길려고 밀차를 한나더 빌려달라고 했는데 바쁘지도 않은데 바쁘다고 빌려줄수 없다고 했어요 물건을 보관하는데에 쥐들이 내 물건을 다 망쳤어요. 정말 실망했어요

Needed a smaller unit but it wasn't easy to lift heavy box up to it. Therefore we had to treat a larger unit.

The facility is very clean and it is very easy to get to the storage unit as there are elevators on both sides of the building. The process to get a cart is very easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
