I've only had a storage for around 5 years, every single year the rent goes up around 20%, and now my rent is DOUBLE of what I started with. What a rip off.

Inflexible refund policy is very frustrating. I could not clear out of the unit before billing date, and returned the unit one week after billing, which means I was charged three weeks extra of which I did not use. While I understand that pro-rated by day may not be feasible, some percentage refund would make sense. I know my unit is rented out for the period that I already paid but returned, so you are getting double payment on my unit. Please consider working with your on-time paying customers during this tough economic time. I would like to know when you set up the refund system to return my fair share.

I like the convenience of the location of this Cube Smart. It is clean, and I have a positive experience with the security.I am not a fan of the pricing fluctuations of the units and that you can be quoted 2 or 3 different prices - and receive a different price when you sign the contract! I also don't love how the prices go up significantly every 6-12 months.

I find the pricing information very misleading and was very upset when I was given one price to rent a storage unit and when I was connected directly to the facility where I was renting I was given a price $50 more. I was very upset to discover that when I was trying to downsize from a larger unit to a smaller one in the same facility I was being charged more than if I was starting as a new customer.I was very concerned when I was told that "the prices change every day and sometimes will be different depending when you call during the day.

Clean, carpeted, smell good, never get dull because they have a centralize music or speaker inside the bldg. Have a human or real person to answer promptly either you call n the phone or visit in the office.

Cashier lied about price lock for 5 years rent kept going up kept getting late fees due to how expensive it was constantly hai g locks put on my storage unit having to live in more fear while being homeless thinking about me losing my stuff

The service was absolutely appalling. The so-called customer service and manager were absolutely unsupportive. So I can't rightfully categorize them as providing ANY "customer support". They are operating on bare minimal. The morale is obviously very low. I felt very disrespected and they had zero ability to deescalate me when I became upset that it appeared that Cubemart has no integrity, lies, and steals from customers. If they communicated with me more clearly that there is a good chance that I would get my last deposit refunded after they looked into my locker situation, it would have been far better and I would have given you an 8 or 9. I know the customer is no longer right these days, but in this case, I absolutely was. The only wrong in the matter is that customer "service" was trying to make me wrong it seemed. I felt abused, mistreated, and neglected. It was a repulsive experience. Your employees are putting themselves in the line of danger, like being assaulted by customers, and it could be easily prevented with some clarity of communication.
