All the staff is very helpful , very respectful. Around the unit areas is always clean . Smells refreshing when you enter the building and floors.

Terrible experience and worse communication. Before our last month, I specifically called to ask whether we'd get a prorated refund if we moved out mid-month. I used an example of moving out in the middle of the month and getting money back for the unused days. I was told yes. That answer is the only reason we paid for another full month instead of moving out at the end of the month like we originally planned.We moved out before the middle of the month. Paid around $600 for the month. When I asked about the refund, I was suddenly told there are no refunds.When I pushed back, the manager got on the phone and started yelling in another language in the background, maybe conversing with his employees, while telling me he "didn't know" what his employee told me because he was on vacation. He was literally looking at the call logs and still claimed he couldn't figure out what was said. No accountability, no attempt to make it right, no acknowledgment that his staff gave me false information that cost me money in unused days.If an employee gives a customer wrong info and that customer makes a financial decision based on it, the company owns that. CubeSmart Flushing apparently does not.

Very good customer service. Checked up on storage unit when it was empty and noticed that the lock was missing. Shows that the employees are on top of things and very diligent in noticing changes and checking on the units. It actually really reassured me that the place is looked afer

I've only had a storage for around 5 years, every single year the rent goes up around 20%, and now my rent is DOUBLE of what I started with. What a rip off.

Inflexible refund policy is very frustrating. I could not clear out of the unit before billing date, and returned the unit one week after billing, which means I was charged three weeks extra of which I did not use. While I understand that pro-rated by day may not be feasible, some percentage refund would make sense. I know my unit is rented out for the period that I already paid but returned, so you are getting double payment on my unit. Please consider working with your on-time paying customers during this tough economic time. I would like to know when you set up the refund system to return my fair share.
