It was a good storage except for the break in, a while back, and the storage rent increases.

They are very helpful and it was an easy process to rent the unit

I have set autopay ,my credicad renew early this year, but keep the same number ,it is commom and normal process for any card and any time , I have set autopay to pay my bill for more than teen companies for 40 years, I do not to go to each company to sign new contract, but only Cubsanrt charge me latefee and let me goto your office, that is extremely absurd, I canceled my selfstorige in Cubsmart and will tell my freind my experience.You should refund my latefee!
