Never had an issue with anything. Communication was always straight forward and helpful.

Very nice lady waited on us, very helpful and professional. The place is very clean the unit was clean. The price is great hope it stays that way for awhile. Very close to where we live easy to get in and out of the storage complex.

Had the storage unit for over 5 years and pricing was geared to hook new customers with low entry then annually charge on time paying customers… new customers for same storage unit were paying low $ while long term customers were bled for their money…when attempting to contact guest relation, past along 3x finally spoke with manager and she stated it wasn’t a good business model to keep my business but rather look for new customers instead…. I agree with her. Got to give it to her for being brutally honest tho!

Your employees were great. However, the obscene increases in rent are bullshit. You priced yourselves out of another customer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was very pleased with the location of this facility and the storage units.

Rodents in my unit (found a dead mouse), lighting was out near my unit for several months only repaired after months of complaints, continually raised rent that started under $100 to over $400 for the same space.
