Everything is very good except the location doesn't have electronic entry using the phone app.

Bridgette checked me in and answered all my questions. She is very professional and personable. This lady is an excellent representative for your company.

Too costly. A 5' X 7' at $156 per month ($1882 per year) is too pricey.

It would have been a 10 but I believe if you on time for at least a year, the monthly charge should not go up. Kind of a “thank you” for always paying on time!

It was an easy process setting up the rental. The facility and units were clean and I love the fact the door locks behind you once you are in. As a bonus, the manager was phenomenal!
