It would have been a 10 but I believe if you on time for at least a year, the monthly charge should not go up. Kind of a “thank you” for always paying on time!

It was an easy process setting up the rental. The facility and units were clean and I love the fact the door locks behind you once you are in. As a bonus, the manager was phenomenal!
