The constant increase in price was riduculous.

At the time of booking, the promotion was clearly presented and applied to my reservation. After completing payment, I was informed that the promotion would not be honored due to prior use of your facility by my family members not me. This condition was not disclosed during the reservation process, nor was it stated as a restriction tied to the promotion.

The entire process was extremely convenient and fast.

The frequent dramatic rate increases that are significantly higher than current rates (not including promotional rates) for new customers are not designed to retain existing or long term customers. Unable to sustain based on continued increases.
