Staff was helpful, easy to access my unit and plenty of size options

Friendly staff, Well managed, clean facility. Easy access when we needed to get items from storage. Simple check in and check out.

Very respectful and understanding

I got the storage in the first place because it was nice environment and cheaper than all the rest. I stopped because I was getting mold on my belongings and wasn't getting compensated for that and also because all that was happening was you kept raising the price. It went from 118 to now to be 175.. that ia outrageous. And all within a couple years ..

The setup process couldn’t have been easier. The online chat assistant helped me choose the correct size. When I arrived at the facility, the person who assisted me showed me the space and ensured it would be large enough. They have been super kind and helpful, and the facility is top-notch!

The process was painless and easy, everyone we encountered was very nice. We didn’t see people often, but when we did, they were always very pleasant. As soon as we got the unit, the manager called me and left a voicemail with all the information I need, and told me I could call at anytime with questions. The lights were really cool, it always felt very comfortable too. The process was just so much easier than I would have expected, especially with it being my first experience with a storage unit. It was also so much more affordable than U-Haul, the other option in my city. The convenience of being a 5 minute drive away, cheaper than expected, and super easy to get in and out makes it more worth it than any other options by far. I’m thankful for the few workers we met, they were always so helpful. CubeSmart made my moving process much easier.

The CubeSmart staff was really helpful and nice. They were quick to return my calls. The units were clean. The only parts that were a negative for me was getting mold on some of our things due to how humid it was, and our 10x10 had a pole in the middle which made it a little difficult to store items. Other than that, it was excellent and I would certainly rent from them again.

The two price increases in 8 months were ridiculous

Amazing customer service experience, they were very welcoming and in person. I got us the best discount possible, storage was clean and spacious. They offered as many options and did not make us feel like a burden, but rather make us feel welcome and offered us the Best. The whole time I felt like I was getting the best quality and a VIP treatment.Straight in fair billing. We did not qualify for one of the discount discounts and paid a bit more which was 100% OK. When we left early, they gave us the refund and was so easy and normal: back as in the old days customer service.
