Flooding in the area of my storage unit. They just offered to move you to a different unit during repair; okay....what about DAMAGE to my items that isn't my fault.

Rent increases significantly and annually. Advertises climate control, but temperature was inadequate and/or sprinklers pipes were old, which contributed to their breaking and causing water damage to unit contents.
