Rent increases significantly and annually. Advertises climate control, but temperature was inadequate and/or sprinklers pipes were old, which contributed to their breaking and causing water damage to unit contents.

Overall it was great but I do not think the climate control really works. Multiple of my furniture had mold on them which is concerning. Some of it I now cannot keep because there is no way I can treat the mold on them.

Was greeted with kindness very nice and very clean and very understanding the employees there were excellent would recommend this to anybody especially this being my first time was greeted very good

Love that it is indoors and climate controlled - Love that there is required a code to get into the storage area - like that it is clean - Love that the ladies in the office recognize me when I come into the office
