She was very nice in the office. But I think I paid 100.00 more going thru the office vs online. won't do that again.

Great communication, convenient location. Loved the carts that we could use to get our items in/out. Storage unit was clean and spacious.

Move in dates wrong - after verbally telling the manager I needed this to start after November 1st to avoid monthly fee in November she signed me up for late October anyway. But the company hides behind me signing the contract to charge the extra $200. So I paid $60 for a unit I never used.

Loved the ability to drive into storage area
