The air conditioning on the second floor wasn’t always working, the furniture I stored there was ruined and I couldn’t sell it. Even the charity companies wouldn’t pick it up. I had to pay a company to come over and remove the items. The girl lied about the elevator guy was coming over, but he didn’t and I had to have the boys go up to the second floor to remove it, and it cost me extra to have that done. She said that he had to go get elevator parts, however, when he showed up all he did was stick a key in the elevator and it started right up again, so she lied about that. And that point it was too late. They had already sent an extra person to remove the furniture and it cost me more, needless to say I was very upset after being in the unit for over 35 years. Very disappointed how it finished and ended.Sincerely, Norman a Pelletier

Great price, but for temperature controlled facility not to cold. Front desk could have been nicer

Raising rates for long term customers. Abysmal customer service. Issues affecting units (no AC in climate controlled unit, rodents, etc). Literally no benefits for long term customers.
