Raising rates for long term customers. Abysmal customer service. Issues affecting units (no AC in climate controlled unit, rodents, etc). Literally no benefits for long term customers.

Cube storage was great during the time I was renting and the store i was renting from was in a ideal location. It was very easy to rent a storage on unit online and once automatic payment is applied they don't bother you. It is also easy to end my contract was hassle free.

Very convenient, very friendly staff and you actually have someone there on the property to deal with any issues that may arise.

Rapid increase in monthly rent. Storage unit doors were never replaced and were tough to open .

Throughout the entire period we rented the storage, we constantly had issues with the coded lock. We couldn’t access the unit independently and had to rely on the office. When the office was closed, we had to wait for someone to enter or exit. Also, the restroom never worked, which caused significant inconvenience. We expected a higher level of service.

Terrible attitude on the staff

My storage lock was broken. I'm missing a box. Can't find anyone to file a report calls the number of the general administrator never got an answer back. The woman at storage facility was st hostile that I was telling her that it had been broken into, but later saw what it happened and accommodated my needs yet Refused to accept that somebody could have opened up my storage unit, but evidently it was broken into I'm missing some things and I'd like to file a report, have no idea where please advise.

I was robbed, somebody cut my lock off my unit and replaced it with another cheaper lock. Many valuable's were stollen.I've been with this storage place long before Cube Smart owned it probably over 20 years, never would I expect this to happen.I personally believe it was an inside operation for this to happen the way it did, with no one knowing anything about it !!!
